Vienna Airport has initiated the construction of a new terminal expansion project with a budget of €420 million, aimed at significantly improving the passenger experience and positioning the airport among the world’s top aviation hubs. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the expansion will introduce modern shopping and dining options across a sprawling 70,000 m² area, including renowned Austrian and international brands.
