IHG Hotels & Resorts is set to introduce its Garner brand to Japan, marking the brand’s first expansion outside North America. Under a letter of intent (LOI) agreement with Axe Management Partners, three Osaka properties will undergo refurbishment and be rebranded as Garner hotels in the second half of 2024, adding over 500 rooms to IHG’s Japan portfolio.
