The Kleindienst Group’s flagship project, ‘The Heart of Europe,’ has joined forces with IHG Hotels & Resorts to operate the ‘Côte d’Azur Monaco Hotel’ at The Heart of Europe in Dubai under the globally acclaimed voco brand, now known as ‘voco Monaco Dubai.’ Starting in Q1 2024, the French Riviera-inspired 198-room hotel will offer premium comfort and distinctive charm, featuring entertainment concepts and music artists, making it the first adults-only hotel on a Dubai island.
