Brighton and Hove Albion will listen to offers for in-demand midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer.
That’s according to a recent report from 90min, who claim the Seagulls are ‘open’ to listening to offers from rival clubs for the Ecuadorian.
Having been subject to a January bid from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, Brighton, after refusing to sell one of their key players mid-way through the season, remained in control of their midfielder’s future.
However, despite not wanting to be a club that sells their best players, Caicedo, 21, along with teammate Alexis Mac Allister is expected to depart the AMEX this summer.
And although the Gunners remain interested in striking a deal for Caicedo, they’re not the only club who have the 21-year-old on their shortlist. Liverpool and both Manchester clubs are also believed to be interested but with the Seagulls only open to offers which surpass £80m, the South American will not come cheap.
During his two years on the south coast, Caicedo, who has up to five years left on his deal, has scored two goals and provided three assists in 48 games in all competitions.
